Admission to ISA-ESATAG is granted on the basis of a file review. There is no entrance examination and no lottery: every application is assessed individually by the academic board.

The process, step by step

  1. Choose your specialisation and cycle from the programme catalogue.
  2. Collect the enrolment form from the institute's secretariat.
  3. Assemble your file with the documents listed below.
  4. Submit it to the secretariat and pay the file processing fee.
  5. The academic board reviews the application and notifies you of its decision.
  6. Enrolment is confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.

  1. A certified copy of the birth certificate
  2. A certified copy of the qualifying diploma
  3. 4×4 colour identity photographs
  4. An enrolment form to be collected from the Institute's secretariat
  5. A CV (for Master's admission)
  6. A cover letter (for Master's admission)
  7. An equivalency request receipt for foreign diplomas
  8. A vaccination booklet for health students
  9. 1,000 FCFA in cash for the medical certificate
  10. One ream of 80 g double A paper
  11. File processing fee: 15,000 FCFA (Bachelor's) / 25,000 FCFA (Master's)
  12. A cardboard folder bearing the candidate's surname, first name, phone number, email address and chosen field of study

Is there an entrance examination?

No. Admission is granted solely on the basis of a file review carried out by the academic board.

Can I study while working?

Yes. Specialisations are offered as day classes and evening classes. For some cycles the fee differs depending on the schedule chosen.

My qualification was obtained abroad — what should I provide?

You must attach an equivalency request receipt in addition to the usual documents.

When can I submit my file?

The secretariat accepts files during the institute's opening hours, for both day and evening classes.
