This site only collects personal data through its forms: pre-application, contact and appointment requests. The information gathered is your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to provide (intended specialisation, highest qualification, message).
Purpose
This data is used solely to process your request and reply to you. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then archived by the secretariat.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to the institute's secretariat, whose details appear on the Contact page.
Analytics
No third-party analytics tool is installed at this time. Should one be added, it would require your prior consent and this page would be updated.
